How to Properly Care Your Jewelry?

Do and Don’ts

Use a cotton cloth or facial tissue to remove the dirt and sweat after wearing.

Use a (transparent) display box or flannel dust-proof bag to store the ring.

Use contton cloth dipped with silver washing water If it has been oxidized and turned black, or use a soft-bristled brush with toothpaste to scrub it, and dry it with a cotton cloth after washing.

Don’t wear the jewelry during bath and sleep.

Don’t wear the jewelry while swimming, especially in the sea due to high causticity.

Don’t directly contact with sulfur and other chemicals when wearing it, as it is easy to cause chemical reactions to cause discoloration of the jewelry.

Don’t wear multiple mental jewelry together to avoid collision, deformation, or abrasion, and keep it in a state of zero contact with other hard objects.

NOTES: We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment and an email will be sent to you for order confirmation then.

what if the size I order doesn’t fit me?

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.

What if my order has been marked as delivered,but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don’t get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn’t apply and you can’t find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know attoponjewelry@gmail.com.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
 

How can I track the staus of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped out. Or you can go to“Track Order”page to check the status by your tracking number.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. We process orders between Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends.

Tracking your order:

Our orders always include tracking information, generally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. 

My tracking number isn’t working?

Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it’s possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number. Just write to us at toponjewelry@gmail.com if it happens.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact the Customer Service team, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Please note that if you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, you will be charged 15% as a Handling fee in your case.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your Paypal or Credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
